General Yoga Classes

New Yoga Classes Coming Soon

I am planning to set up a new yoga class at the Nottingham Road Clinic in Mansfield (Please see the 'Directions' page for address details).

The classes will be small and intimate, so more individual focus and attention can be given to each individual.

All levels of ability are welcome

If you are interested please contact me through the 'Contact me' page and I will add you to my attendance list. Once I have enough people to run the class I will be in contact with a start date.

Classes will run on a 6 week basis, so we can build and make progress, without any interruptions.

A course of 6 classes costs £36.00
